Tough Guy ™ Steel training
1) Two Hour Ice Pack
Any supermarket £1 Party Ice Pack strap it to your head on drive to event (does need plenty of practice). It must remain in place until melted by body heat.
2) Fear Training
Strap yourself to the Bonnet of Car, get someone to drive you through a car wash.
3) Ice Cap Simulation
Get a 15 metre Plastic Sheet
Lay it on top of local canal/stream/pond.
Swim the length beneath it.
Have friend standing by with a sharp knife resist cutting until your present hold your breath time is exhausted and you are poking desperately at the claustrophobic plastic ice cap roof.
4) Knotted Bed Sheet
Do not use household stairs to go for your 5am run. Get through window on a rope or your old bed sheet.
5) Wheelie Bin
Filled with water at bottom of bed sheet escape, drop in, do a complete backward somersault within bin, wobble to make it fall over for escape to crawl through herbaceous border.
6) Upper Body Strength
Following your daily jog use your knotted bed sheet to get back to your bedroom.
7) Bike Practice
Keep off roads, use any rough terrain in any location.
Learn to stay on your pedals.
8) Willy Wanging

10) Barbed Wire Houdini
Get a friend to tie you to a tree wrapped in barbed wire, time the escape for trial against yourself.
